1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a subscription, requesting a free 24-hour test, or connecting to the IPTV Ireland streaming architecture, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our service.
2. Service Delivery & Credentials
Upon payment confirmation (via Revolut, credit/debit card, or cryptocurrency), your unique M3U playlist URL and Xtream Codes API credentials will be delivered electronically via WhatsApp or email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Sharing your credentials publicly or with unauthorized third parties will result in automatic server termination.
3. Simultaneous Connections Policy
Standard 1-Month, 3-Month, and 6-Month plans permit one (1) active simultaneous connection. The 12-Month VIP plan permits up to two (2) simultaneous connections within the same household. Running simultaneous streams beyond your allotted limit will trigger automatic line lockout by our load-balancer.
4. Strict 24-Hour Refund Limitation
Because digital credentials provide instantaneous access to high-bandwidth server capacity, all refund requests must be submitted within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of order delivery. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.
5. Service Availability & Anti-Freeze SLA
While our architecture maintains an audited 99.9% uptime record, broadcast quality may occasionally be affected by local customer ISP routing anomalies or regional network disruptions. We provide continuous customer support on WhatsApp to resolve app and playlist configuration questions.
